We gladly accept returns, exchanges, and cancellations
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Please include your order number, name, and contact details.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Please request to cancel your order within 4 hours of placing it.
Each purchase is subject to a case by case warranty review outside of the standard goodwill period. If you have a concern, let us know and we will do our best to fix this with our network of global technicians. As part of our sustainability drive, we will always try to fix things at source instead of replacement.
Conditions of Return:
Please note that any returns must be sent back in the same “New” condition as received, and any damaged items will result in a loss of value on your refund. We also hope you understand that the refund will be for the item returned less any postage costs associated with the order or return.
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
