The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
- Custom or personalised orders
Each purchase is subject to a case by case warranty review outside of the standard goodwill period. If you have a concern, let us know and we will do out best to fix this with our network of global technicians. For us, its about fixing things at source instead of replacement.
Conditions of Return
Please note that any returns must be sent back in the same “New” condition as received, and any damaged items will result in a loss of value on your refund. We also hope you understand that the refund will be for the item returned less any postage costs associated with the order or return.
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
