All UK and non-EU orders are sent out using Royal Mail Tracked delivery services as standard. Customers also have the option of express delivery for quicker service. All orders can be "upgraded" at the checkout by selecting "Special Delivery" or "Express Shipping".

All European orders are sent out using DHL Express with all duties and taxes paid as standard.

RETURNS, REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES

Returns Policy
We want you to be happy with your order from us, which is why we have a 90 day no quibble return policy (excluding customised and personalised goods) starting the day you receive your order. This is in addition to your statutory rights and the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.

Specifically, we guarantee to refund any item that you are not completely happy with when you notify us of your intention to return the goods within 14 days of receipt. A refund for the value of the goods will be credited to your original method of payment. For orders dispatched to countries within the EU and cancelled under the Distance Selling Regulations, we will also refund any delivery charges paid on the order. We are under no obligation to refund delivery charges for orders shipped to the rest of the world; however, we may choose to do this at our own discretion.

Any unwanted orders must be returned to us quickly and in the same condition in the original packaging. You must take care to open any packaging carefully, and in the case of screen protectors by either gently lifting the flap or by tearing the tear strip. You must take care not to rip the packaging unnecessarily. Before removing the protective layers from your screen protector, you must initially lay it over your device screen to check the fit. If you are concerned about the fit of your screen protector at this stage please contact us, rather than attempting to apply it.

Orders for which we feel you have not taken reasonable care, or orders that have not been properly packed in preparation for return and arrive damaged as a result, will result in a breach of contract by you, for which we will take reasonable action to recover any damages.

Return Conditions – UK
For all orders being returned to us from within the UK, please contact us on askkovered@kovered.co.uk Please include the packing slip from your initial order within your parcel so we can quickly identify you. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

We recommend that all customers get proof of posting for any items being returned to us and keep this safe until you have received confirmation that we have received your returned goods. If you choose to use another method to return your order and the goods are not faulty this will be at your own expense. In addition, should you choose to use another method to return goods which are deemed faulty, we will only return costs of an amount which we deem reasonable.

Return Conditions – International
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. If an item is found to be defective, or in case of our error, we will refund any reasonable costs accrued in returning the order/item to us. Please note that we recommend using a standard delivery service and will not refund postal charges over a value which we believe to be reasonable. Refunds
We will refund items received back to us usually 7 days from the day after the day of receipt of the products. We will always ensure that refunds are processed as soon as possible and in any case within 30 days. Any refund will be via the same method of payment originally used for the order.

Unfortunately, other than for EU orders cancelled under the Distance Selling Regulations, we are only able to refund delivery charges when the product(s) is being returned due to being defective or due to our internal error. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.  We are also not liable to refund the postage fees on your original order. However, we reserve the right to use our discretion and may make exceptions to any of these rules if we should so see it necessary.

3 for 2 Offers

Where a 3 for 2 promotional offer has been used, the first item will not receive a refund of a monetary value as you have received an item for free.

Exchanges
In the event that you return your order, we will offer a suitable replacement wherever possible. The customer is responsible for the additional postage fees of the item we send, and payment must be received before the item can be sent.

If the value of the item being exchanged matches that of the item being returned, we will only require additional payment to cover postage of the replacement item to your delivery address (unless any postage charge is applicable for refund on your initial order).

If the value of the item requested in exchange is less than that of the item being returned, we will refund the difference minus any postage charges accrued in dispatching the replacement item to your delivery address (unless any postage charge is applicable for refund on your initial order).

If the value of the item requested in exchange is more than that of the item being returned, we will charge your payment card for the difference (with your consent) plus any postage charges accrued in dispatching the replacement item to your delivery address (unless any postage charge is applicable for refund on your initial order). We will contact you to inform you of this before we dispatch the replacement order.

We reserve the right to use our discretion in such cases and may make exceptions to these rules if we should so see it necessary.

Defective Products Or Dispatch Error
If you return a product to us believing it to be defective we will inspect the item and contact you within a suitable time period (of no more than 14 days). If the item is proven to be defective we will refund or exchange the item and any reasonable costs incurred in returning the item to us. In case of refund, we will also refund all delivery charges you paid relating to your order. In case of exchange we will ship your replacement item free of charge. Again, any refund will be via the same method of payment originally used for the order. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.  We are also not liable to refund the postage fees on your original order.

The entire Kovered team prides itself on its dedication to creating high quality bags. We truly believe in getting things right first time. All of our cases are guaranteed for life in both the materials and workmanship. To make a claim, please contact us with photos so we assess the issue.

This guarantee does not cover improper or unreasonable wear and tear, lack of care, misuse, accidents, abuse, abnormal use, force majeure affecting the condition of the product, use for purposes other than which the product is designed, products that have been altered or modified, or damage caused by improper or unauthorised repair or maintenance by you or any third party. You are expected to take care of the product while it is in your possession.

Please note that this guarantee covers your Kovered product only, and not any compatible devices or other accessories, we do not take any responsibility for third party products. This guarantee excludes claims for incidental damages in connection with the identified fault wherever legally permitted to do so.

Kovered’s responsibility is limited to the repair or replacement of its product at its sole discretion. Where a replacement product is being sent, this will be dispatched within 3 days of receiving the item you have returned to us. Where a replacement product is unavailable, Kovered reserves the right to select a suitable alternative, as deemed fit by the company. Should no alternative be available, Kovered will issue a refund after reviewing and confirming the situation or issue up to the full amount initially paid for the item, via store credit. The amount to be refunded is up to our discretion. Where the initial product is replaced, the guarantee shall stand for the remainder of the original applicable 30 Day (cases) and 30-day (bags) period.

This guarantee is only applicable if you are the initial purchaser of the product. An invoice or confirmation email will be required to confirm this. This guarantee is non-transferable with change of ownership. Customers are required to return the goods to us for inspection at their own cost. We will then return any original items, repaired items or replacement items at our cost, if it is deemed the item is defective or had a malfunction.  This is not the case for items that are damaged due to time passed or day to day wear and tear.
