Had a small issue with some stitching that came undone. Sent in a pic to tell them I was gutted as love the bag. They requested my address and sent me a brand new one. No quibble, just brilliant service.

I genuinely love this brand. This is the fourth bag I own from them, I love them that much, and the quality is honestly as amazing as ever and it looks absolutely stunning. This bag is brilliant.
