What is the difference between the original Lune and the Recycled Lune?

The Recycled Lune is the same design but has been updated with fabric made from recycled plastic bottles. The original Lune is made from Waxed Canvas and Reclaimed Leather.

What is reclaimed leather?

Reclaimed leather is leather given a second life. It comes from a variety of sources, such as unused vintage furniture hides, offcuts from larger leather productions, or even old garments. These hides are then meticulously cleaned, conditioned, and sometimes even re-dyed to create beautiful, one-of-a-kind materials.

One minor issue

I recently purchased this item from Kovered. The quality of materials and construction is excellent, and I am extremely happy with it. However one problem I have recently encountered whilst on holiday, is that when carried with the hanging loop or of one shoulder the fastenings for the main compartment pop open. I know these type of fasteners are convenient, but are not the most secure. That being said it's only a minor niggle and I don't regret the purchase.
