Witham - Canvas Backpack - Taupe

Found this bag at the very last minute as I wanted something stylish to take with me to Marrakech.

I've used it every day for the last 10 days in the searing heat, wandering through the souks and dusty streets, and it's been brilliant. With the zip closure and magnetic straps, I always felt my gear was safe. I carried my Olympus PEN-F, a couple of small lenses in pouches, and a Thermos water bottle without any issues. Once I'd packed it properly, it was really comfortable to wear all day.

The bag is an absolute looker, and I genuinely can't fault the quality, the customer service or the overall experience. In fact, I'm already eyeing up the Roe camera bag!

One thing that really stood out was the service. I'd left it far too late to order before my trip, so I gave the Kovered team a call and explained the situation. They couldn't have been more helpful. They offered to send it out on a 9am next-day delivery, or I could collect one from their Cheshire office, which was only about 30 minutes down the road. That level of customer service made a great first impression, and the bag definitely lived up to it.
