We’re excited to introduce Jamie Hargreaves, whose remarkable cycling journey perfectly reflects the spirit of Kovered.

Jamie has recently completed a deeply personal long-distance cycling journey in which he retraces his dad’s original route from England to Australia, deliberately doing it on the same make and model of bike and at the same age his father was at the time. What begins as an ambitious physical challenge quickly becomes a reflective, intergenerational story, blending endurance, nostalgia, and connection.

Along the way, Jamie shared the realities of life on the road, the landscapes he passes through, and the emotional weight of following in his dad’s literal tyre tracks, turning the journey into both a tribute and a way of understanding his father’s experience through his own.
