What is reclaimed leather?

Reclaimed leather is leather given a second life. It comes from a variety of sources, such as unused vintage furniture hides, offcuts from larger leather productions, or even old garments. These hides are then meticulously cleaned, conditioned, and sometimes even re-dyed to create beautiful, one-of-a-kind materials.

Humber waxed canvas holdall

Excellent holdall. Having just returned from a long weekend away in Edinburgh the holdall did the job perfectly. It fit a long weekends worth of clothes, wash bag, towel, and running shoes with no problem. The straps are really sturdy and the handles are comfortable to carry. The bag fit easily into the over head storage on the train. The appearance of the bag is really nice, and the material seems like it will age and wear really nicely and develop it's aesthetic over time. I'm really happy with the bag, five stars.

Haven’t used it yet but it feels very sturdy and looks genuine, not some cheap attempt. Could have used as a prop on The English Patient!!
