I had never heard of Kovered before prior to purchasing an item from them, but my experience with that purchase really did leave a good impression, and I'm keen to continue to shop from Kovered in the future.
Recently, I was able to get my hands on the Arrow Backpack despite it going out of stock, which is a testament to Kovered's customer service. I contacted Kovered's customer support via email a few weeks after it went out of stock, and they (Abbi and Wendy) were able to source an Arrow Backpack despite the backpack being no longer available to purchase, shipping it from the UK all the way to Australia within a week, without even using express shipping. I'm quite glad I could get the chance to get one of these bags under these unique conditions.
Indeed, this bag is incredibly well made and well designed, and it feels super durable, even if it may be a 100% recycled bag. The roll-top closure helps with the expandability and compression of the bag and with changing capacities and sizes at will, while also maintaining a stylish appearance. The left side water bottle pocket is long and expandable in width, which helps with holding thicker water bottles, and the left side has a carry handle, which is a unique feature I don't see on many backpacks. The front pocket is also 3D, meaning items can still be easily accessed even if the main compartment is full, and the main compartment is extremely spacious despite the modest description of a 24L capacity, which is helpful for dumping loads of items. The hardware of the backpack as seen in the compression straps, the shoulder straps and the roll-top buckle is made of metal as opposed to a more common choice like plastic, which is a really nice touch. Aesthetically, the backpack is very stylish and stands out while also being minimalistic, and it fits many contexts like work EDC or school. I'm really pleased with how the bag looks, and I am satisfied with the product as a whole.
Overall, Kovered makes high-quality and well-designed products, with helpful and friendly customer service. I would recommend.
